Our journey began in 1969 in a small garage with only seven students and a dream to bring the joy of education to children. Under the strong vision of our Founder, Smt Parmeshwari Devi Gordhandas Garodia, the roots of Garodia Education grew stronger and helped us branch out to various segments from kindergarten to the tertiary.Beehive, a preschool franchise was born out of the same values as its parent group, Garodia Education, and believes in providing a holistic learning environment that aids the overall development of preschoolers.We employ interactive teaching methods, tailor-made tools and equipment to ensure that our little wards are ready for school.In addition to providing children with an enriching environment, we function in a professionally managed structure with exposure in pre- schooling, franchising and a strong lineage in Garodia Education.We, at Beehive, believe that each child is unique and needs nurturing to unlock their potential. We also strive to create an engaging and collaborative model to invite participation of students, teachers, parents, investors and the community in general. Our curriculum is based on the ‘Flower-to-Flower’ method, a unique philosophy that prepares the child for life and creates a strong foundation for cognitive, language, motor, social and emotional development.There are five primary entry points for our preschool – Playgroup (2 – 3 years), Nursery (3 – 4 years), Junior K.G. (4 – 5 years) and Senior K.G. (5 – 6 years). We also have a unique program called "BUMBLE" (1 – 2 years) which gives an opportunity for parent and child to take part in activities and bond. Additionally, we offer daycare facility for children between 2 and eight years of age.At Beehive, we recognise the important role parents play in the learning process of a child. Hence, unlike curriculums that call for voluntary involvement from parents, we organise programs for parents to participate in the learning process. Students at Beehive are taught to become independent, and they learn to take care of themselves. They are given a plethora of Multi-sensory materials for physical exploration in an interactive environment that further aids their learning process. Instead of acting as the primary enforcer, our well-trained teachers employ methods that promote self-discipline and abet in the development of their personalities.FacilitiesEach Beehive centre is equipped with amenities like well-designed classrooms, child-friendly and ergonomic furniture, play equipment and innovative teaching aids. A Library: We ensure that our library is well stocked with age-appropriate reading material that helps develop the child’s curiosity, concept building and cognitive skills. Regular storytimes are built into their day to fuel their boundless imaginations.Toys and puzzles: All our centres are equipped with toys that aid in the mental development of preschoolers. Building blocks, wooden blocks, alphabet and number blocks form an integral part of our hands-on learning philosophy and help build motor skills and conceptual understanding.Role play and dramatics: The early years of your child are important for developing his or her self-esteem, social skills and creativity. Students at Beehive centres can play with a broad range of play materials that aid in socio-emotional development.Outdoor play area: It is important for children to maintain an active lifestyle by engaging in physical exercises. Our centres provide the students with the opportunity to play outdoors on swing sets, slides and other outdoor play equipment. Nutrition: To develop healthy eating habits in the child, we request the parents to pack in nutritious meals while the teachers encourage the students to finish their meals on time.Hygiene: Our washrooms are specially designed keeping children in mind with all amenities at child level. Children are also taught basic hygiene such as washing hands before and after eating.Day Care: Beehive also provides a regular day care for working parents who want to ensure that their children are in a safe environment and well taken care of during the day.
