"We’ve been part of CHIREC for the second time, and it’s been a decision that speaks volumes about the trust we place in this school. Our daughter, in Grade 7, is thriving under the guidance of her teachers. The academic rigor is complemented by a wide range of extracurricular opportunities that allow her to explore her passions, whether it's science, arts, or sports. The teachers here are nurturing yet challenging, encouraging her to grow and excel. One of the most valuable aspects of CHIREC is how they allow children to make mistakes and learn from them. This creates an environment where my daughter feels confident to take risks without fear of failure. While some might mention concerns about certain aspects of the school, we’ve had a completely positive experience. The opportunities for global exposure, world-class resources, and the school’s focus on holistic development make it a perfect fit for our family. Choosing CHIREC again after returning to the city has reaffirmed that we made the right decision. The school continues to offer not just academic excellence, but also the freedom and support for children to grow into confident, independent individuals. We're incredibly thankful for all the opportunities CHIREC provides."

"We have been associated with Chirec since 2023 as we moved to Hyderabad from Bangalore and my son was admitted in Grade 6. 1. Settling in - My son took almost 6 months to settle in the new school and I want to thank Mukti Maam , Lalitha Maam and Crystal Maam for their continuous guidance and support during those days. Today after almost 1.5 years his stint at Chirec , he is a much more confident child and his current class teacher Ranita Maam has been a big support in his journey. 2. Academics - As working parents we hardly need to intervene in his academics as the teaching methodology and guidance make 90% of the work easier for the children and the parents. 3. PTMs - The discussion during the PTM with all the subject teachers have been very transparent. They share constructive feedback which helps in any course correction if needed . 4. Extra Curriculars - The holistic approach of Chirec has enabled my child to take extra-curricular activities which helps in keeping a balance between his interests and academics. 5. Overall participation - The school encourages children to take part in various activities like Junior MUN, Sports, Cultural events which definitely shapes their personalities . I am glad we took a life-changing decision for my son and enrolled him at Chirec , I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care and shaping the life of my child !"

"Here's a collective, factual parent review of academics in Chirec shared by more than a dozen parents. No corrective action is ever taken by Chirec and prospective parents should be cautious about it. There have been multiple instances of teachers lacking the necessary subject knowledge and skills to effectively impart education. This has led to student confusion, frustration, and a decline in academic performance. In some cases, teachers have been observed struggling with basic concepts and resorting to tactics to divert student attention to unrelated topics so as to complete the class duration without giving any time for students to ask any doubts. We could see English teachers blindly using ChatGPT for comprehension tasks without spending any time in checking correctness of the generated content. Vindictive & Highly Unprofessional Conduct: Multiple teachers have been retaliating against students who question their methods/lack of subject knowledge or seek clarification. This behavior creates a toxic environment and undermines the trust between students and teachers. Incidents of public humiliation, verbal abuse, and unfair grading practices have been there and PTM is of no use as it just aggravated the issue later. Specific examples are 2 teachers for Math and Social Science teaching grades 6 to 8. The Maths teacher Aarthi V. was promoted from a grade-2 teacher last year and is clearly struggling with zero subject acumen and resorting to simple trial and error to get away with her shortcomings. Spreading gossip & false narratives among students & teachers is her key skill. She keeps iterating that since her kids are not studying in Chirec she doesn’t need to worry about anything or anyone. Multiple reports about her misconduct were made last year to the headmistress as well but no action taken. The Social Sc. teacher, Dia, hired from Meru Intl. is another example of zero subject acumen and gross misconduct. She uses absolutely unparliamentary language with students which is not acceptable in any setting. Her lack of manners and filthy language reflect the background she hails from and is no better than a street hawker. Most of her time is spent in diverting attention to senseless topics to ensure no doubts are raised about the subject and if anyone dares ask a doubt, the student is simply shouted upon and abused. She carried the same reputation in her previous job as well and is getting away with the same now in Chirec, totally unchecked, which is an indication that someone senior in Chirec is shielding this behavior. She just reads the PPT slides in some classes without any explanation of any topic and is quite vocal about her admiration for Bengal, her native state, against all other states of India. The fact that this review was read by Chirec PR and still the same nonsense continues un-abated is a really serious point. Parents refrain from escalating against such mannerless teachers fearing retaliation and inaction from the school which is being exemplified in this case. There are multiple instances of favoritism and discrimination by teachers, which have a significant impact on their self-esteem and motivation. Certain students are unfairly excluded from activities like Choir and dance and 1 Telugu teacher Radhika even went ahead and mentioned 'good looks' as the only criterion for selection. Biggest joke is asking students to provide feedback on teachers after quoting their UID number, which paves the way for even more of such vindictive behavior from teachers instead of any genuine correction happening. The exam & class timetables are other examples of complete absurdity and mindlessness with 3 periods of 1 subject in 1 day! Discussion of these points in PTM etc just led to our kids getting targeted with aggression and public abuse. PR Team, all details with names are already here if action is to be taken. Stop hiring & retaining teachers who are here to save on fee money for their kids or since the hiring bar was too low and have no clue how to behave or teach."

"It fills me with immense satisfaction to see my children flourishing at CHIREC International in so many meaningful ways. Witnessing them getting engaged in thoughtful discussions that demonstrate a deep understanding of various concepts is truly gratifying. A recent example of this was the IDP presentation, of grade 7th where, within a limited 45-minute window, the entire class put on a flawless performance. Comparing the two states Telangana and Jharkhand on their energy consumption and renewable energy production, water conservation etc via a panel discussion and analyzing its future implications, conducted experiments to showcase their understanding of scientific principles, and expressed themselves through drama, music, models, and dialogue—each demonstrating their diverse talents and knowledge, special mention would be that the entire event was presented from welcome to the vote of thanks by the students with precision--- kudos to preparation and hard work by mentors. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all the educators at CHIREC who are shaping young minds with such careful attention and dedication. The school’s holistic approach to nurturing intellectual, emotional, creative, and social development has had a profound impact on my children. They are eager to attend school every day, excited by the challenges they encounter and the opportunities to find solutions. The school’s emphasis on critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and curiosity continues to motivate them. Moreover, the school’s commitment to instilling strong values, leadership skills, and resilience is evident in the various selection processes for students. Both of my Chiricians are anti bullying crusaders. I deeply appreciate how thoughtfully the selection process was carried out, exposing the children to the correct methods of selection, even my third-grade child had the opportunity to experience an interview. These small yet significant steps, I believe, will lay a solid foundation for their future success. It is truly a privilege to watch them grow and thrive in such a supportive and dynamic environment."
