For Educators, Skoolz provides an opportunity to create a detailed profile with over 50 features, photos, and videos, helping educators showcase their unique offerings.

In 2024, Skoolz recognized an opportunity to help children in their Education and launched the Knowledge Hub, a compilation of YouTube videos featuring top educators. The Skoolz Joyful Learning offers over 250+ activities tailored to engage children in a joyful learning experience. Parents and children can use the Comic Generator application to generate comics to fulfill lasting memories, encouraging deeper engagement with their children.

Srinivas T V

Founder & CEO

Srinivas is the visionary founder of Skoolz, a seamless solution for parents seeking Educators and Education for their children. With a post-graduation Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a wealth of 20+ years of experience across 10+ industries as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant, Srinivas is a proven leader in the Lean Six Sigma space. His passion for holistic child development led him to start Skoolz in June 2021.

During his corporate journey, Srinivas was instrumental in helping leading social media giants to establish their processes; having seen closely how social media works, Srinivas has a long-term vision to establish Skoolz as a go-to platform for children and parents.

Sowmya B V

Co-Founder & Director HR & Finance

Sowmya, an engineer by profession, holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. Her passion for working with people led her to start her career in Human Resources before she delved into the field of engineering. Life came full circle, and Sowmya is now a Co-founder of Skoolz and leads Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. The challenge of finding quality educators became evident to her when she needed a Bharatanatyam dance teacher for her daughter. This challenge inspired her to co-found Skoolz.

Kalpana Mohan

Mentor and Education Consultant

Ms. Kalpana Mohan is a widely respected leader in the education sector in Bengaluru. With over 40 years of teaching and administrative experience, she has made a significant impact as the Principal of Vidyashilp Academy, one of India's top 10 ICSE/IGCSE schools. Ms. Kalpana Mohan has been instrumental in the growth of many tools. At Skoolz, Ms. Kalpana Mohan plays a dual role as a school consultant to help them grow and passionately interacts with parents to address their children's educational needs.

Prasanna S

Chief Operating Officer

Prasanna is a professional engineer and a dedicated process consultant at Skoolz, bringing valuable experience in Lean Six Sigma to drive operational excellence. With an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a keen focus on enhancing processes, Prasanna is pivotal in optimizing processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of Skoolz operations.
