This Website facilitates to receive enquiry/application for admission/appointment from the students/parents/third party to connect with the institutes/schools/organizations registered under this Website. The Website on receiving of online enquiry/application for admission/appointment requests from the students/parents will directly received by the institutes/schools/organizations (“Schools”) registered under this Website. This website reserves the right to reject any enquiry/application for admission/appointment requests without assigning any reason. This Website will not screen any enquiry/application for admission/appointment/Form filled and shall not explicitly store the data. This Website shall not take any risk dealing with the institutes/schools/organizations/third party or other users under this Website. This Website shall not confirm any admission or reserving the seats in any schools. You are hereby undertaking to use the Website only for lawful purposes without infringing the rights or restricting the use of this Website by any third party.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- This Website provide limited license to access the information on the Website, the information which may include, but is not limited to documentation, images, videos, data in respect of the Schools and other materials to assist in your use of the Website. These monetary amounts ("Fees") will be described to you during registration and confirmation process. The final amount required for payment will be shown to you before you make the payment. If you have registered for an account with us, you may also terminate these Terms of Service at any time by contacting us and requesting termination. Please keep in mind that any outstanding fees will still be due even after the termination of your account. We redirect the clicks to the original YouTube page and also give video credit.

16. JOYFUL LEARNING POLICY:
Joyful Learning is an educational platform designed for children between 1 and 10 years old. The service offers games, learning activities, and comics to enhance children's cognitive, communication, social, and other skills.

User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for all activities under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to distribute the service to others and not to use it for any commercial purposes. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Usage:
Our service is intended for children under the supervision of parents or guardians. We have taken enough precautions to ensure that the child does not become addicted to the Joyful Learning application, but parents must also ensure the same to avoid increased screen time.

Duration:
Your child can enjoy joyful Learning for one year from the date of payment made.
17. DIAL A PARENT CALL POLICY:
Dial a Parent feature allows parents within our community to connect and exchange feedback and information about schools. Before calling any of the parents, it's essential to understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Guidelines
- To make calls, parents need to log in to the platform using their mobile number and complete an OTP authentication.
- To call other parents for school-related information and feedback, parents need to add a non-refundable amount of Rs. 118 to their Skoolz Purse (Rs. 100 call charges plus Rs. 18 GST).
- Upon payment, you will receive an e-invoice on your WhatsApp within seven business days. If you do not receive the e-invoice within seven business days, please contact us at info@skoolz.in.
- If you do not use all the money in your Skoolz purse, you can use the remaining balance for other Skoolz services, such as joyful learning, creating comic stories, or generating cartoon characters.
- For each call lasting over 60 seconds or more, Rs. 100 will be deducted from the caller's Skoolz purse. This charge applies to each call.
- If a call is disconnected before reaching the 60-second mark, & results in a deduction of the amount, parents need to report the issue to us for validation. Upon confirmation of a technical error or a call drop, we will refund the deducted amount to the Skoolz purse within three business days.
- If a call is dropped during the conversation, parents can redial the same parent within 30 minutes to continue the call and report the call drop issue. When redialling, there will be a deduction of Rs 100; however, the amount will be refunded after validating the concern.
- No refund will be initiated for call drops after 20 minutes of conversation. In such cases, new calls will be charged as per the call charges unless it is only to express gratitude and courteously end the call without seeking additional information.
- Any call made after 30 minutes will be considered a new call, and regular call charges will apply.
- Parents should not share phone numbers to communicate outside of the online platform.
- Do not engage in excessive or inappropriate usage, such as spamming, harassment, or solicitation, as this is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
- While we requested parents to provide all necessary information without a time limit, in consideration of other parent's schedules, we kindly request limiting the call duration to a maximum of 20 minutes.

Communication Etiquette:
- When speaking with other parents, please use a courteous tone and language. Avoid using foul language, inappropriate expressions, or harassing other parents or children. Solicitation is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Scope of Communication:
- Parents are expected to discuss only school-related matters. Personal topics such as parents' phone numbers, addresses, child names, and personal information about school staff should not be discussed during the conversation.
- Any exchange of personal information is solely at the parents' discretion. Skoolz is not responsible for any misuse of such information.
- You are strictly prohibited from asking for personal information about the principal, school leaders, teachers, or any support staff. Personal information includes but is not limited to, phone numbers, addresses, locations, marital status, and physical appearance.

Should Not Ask
- Do not ask for the personal information of the Principal or school leaders, Teachers, or any support staff. This includes, but is not limited to, phone numbers, addresses, locations, marital status, physical appearance, etc.

Privacy and Confidentiality
- The entire calling process is done through a third-party application, and both parties' phone numbers are kept confidential during the call. Please do not share your contact number during communications, even if the other person seems trustworthy.
- All communications are recorded for quality and compliance purposes. Any communication that violates these policies may lead to account suspension or termination.
18. GENERAL TERMS:
- JURISDICTION, VENUE & GOVERNING LAW:
You agree that Indian Laws shall govern this Terms and Conditions and Bengaluru, Karnataka, courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present Terms and Conditions shall be settled by mutual understanding. In the event the Parties fail to amicably settle and compromise any differences/disputes within 30 days of raising such differences, then both the Parties agree that such disputes or differences arising between the Parties hereof, shall be referred to and finally settled through mediation at Mediation Centre Bangalore. If matter not settled will be referred to arbitration and such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, by an arbitration panel comprising of a sole arbitrator at Bangalore. The Parties agree that the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
- ASSIGNMENT:
The rights granted hereunder Terms and Conditions, may not be assigned, sold, leased or otherwise transferred in whole or part by you except with the prior written approval of the Service Provider.
- NO WAIVER:
In the event of Service Provider fails to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or of any other provision. Waiver of any part or sub-part of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of any other part or sub-part.
- HEADINGS FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY:
Headings of parts and sub-parts under these Terms of Service are for convenience and organization only. Headings shall not affect the meaning of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to any and all use of this Website. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, regarding the use of this Website

RELATIONSHIP:
The Terms and Conditions is on a principal–to–principal basis between the Parties hereto. Nothing in this Terms and Conditions shall be construed as establishing a partnership, joint venture, agency, exclusive arrangement or other similar relationship.

EXCLUSION OF THIRDPARTY RIGHTS:
Nothing in this Agreement shall be considered or construed as conferring any right or benefit to a person or body corporate not a Party to this Agreement, and the Parties do not intend that any term of this Agreement should be enforceable in any way whatsoever, by any person who is not a Party to this Agreement.

SEVERABILITY:
Any provision or any part of any provisions under this Terms and Conditions, which is illegal, void or unenforceable shall be severable provided that the rights and/or obligations and/or liabilities of the Parties hereunder are not substantially altered thereby. Following any such severance under this Terms and Conditions shall be read and construed as if such severed provisions were not contained herein.

FORCE MAJEURE:
The Service Provider shall not be considered in default in the performance of its obligation under this Terms and Conditions, if such performance is prevented or delayed on account of war, civil commotion, strike, server issues, internet, software issues, any technical issues, epidemics, accidents, fires, unprecedented floods, earth quake or because of promulgation of any law or regulations by the Government or international laws or account of any other Acts of God.
19. CANCELLATION & REFUND:
You or the Service Provider can cancel the paid services anytime. If you fail to renew the paid services all the paid features will be discontinued.

You can claim refund within 15 days of paid services activation and no refund will be processed beyond 15 days under any circumstances.
Refund will be processed in 7-15 working days.
