As an administrator, I have also been a student and a teacher, and I believe that the relationship between student and teacher is symbiotic - neither can exist without the other. I firmly believe in the philosophy of George Bernard Shaw that it is the pursuit of knowledge that matters, not knowledge in pursuit of the student.
