    "Surana Vidyalaya is one of the best CBSE schools in Chandapura. My daughters have been studying in this school for the past 7 years. We are very happy with the quality of education at Surana Vidyalaya. This school stands out because they focus on teaching concepts through experiential learning rather than rote learning. Teachers take students on field visits to make education more experiential and enjoyable. The children studying here not only achieve good grades but also gain knowledge in all aspects. The school organizes many events to help children develop their life skills and social skills. It is an inclusive school that treats specially-abled children equally and provides them with appropriate training from certified counselors. The counselors also conduct sessions for teenagers in case of any behavioral issues. The teachers and coordinators take excellent care of the students. Additionally, the school organizes open days and "coffee with the principal" sessions for parents to have open conversations with the principal regarding their concerns. During these sessions, the principal listens to all the concerns and addresses them promptly. The principal is dynamic and multi-talented, and the management is very supportive of the teachers and parents.     "Surana Vidyalaya is not an inclusive school This is an updated review following the reply I received from you. For your kind information, my child was studying in 1st standard last year. You removed him from school due to his ADHD-related issues without any prior intimation. Your counselor called after school hours and instructed me to take a TC immediately, despite being aware of the medical conditions we were facing. Even when we visited your school your stance was loud and clear. You even suggested admitting my child to a school for disabled children. This reflects an inferior mindset. We took admission two years ago when you assured us that the school would accommodate all types of special needs. At that time, there was no policy on your side regarding this matter. I am aware that after removing my child last year, you introduced many new policies, causing several other children with special needs to leave the school as well. I strongly urge you to adhere to the Right to Education Act and CBSE by-laws, ensuring full compliance with the country’s laws. Please review your policies with legal advisors before enforcing them to parents. In my view, your school has never been truly inclusive. Either the mother was required to sit with the child, or a shadow teacher was mandated indefinitely. My child was never given the opportunity to interact with their peer group, and socialization was not encouraged—even during school trips or on Sports Day. Regarding the playground concern, all children need physical activity and playtime for their mental and physical development. I was highlighting that this school does not have a playground, leaving children with no opportunity to engage in play. Lastly, you removed my child over a single incident caused by separation anxiety, despite us providing all medical documents and the doctor’s prescription during our meeting. Conditions like this are temporary and often resolve on their own. You should be more concerned with your karma than your reputation. I would like to suggest the following points to improve your reputation. 1. Show Empathy, Not Sympathy: Display more empathy than sympathy toward Children With Special Needs . Empathy fosters their behavioral and emotional development. 2. Avoid Public Shaming: Do not share the fee defaulters' list in WhatsApp groups. Not all parents prioritize profit-making over education, and such actions can be humiliating. 4. Hire Qualified Professionals: Employ counselors, special educators, and principals with proper educational qualifications and professional backgrounds. 5. Reduce Burden on CWSN Parents: Stop placing excessive burdens on the parents of CWSN. Education is a fundamental constitutional right in this country, and it should not be overshadowed by profit interests. 6. Discourage Groupism: Foster unity among teaching staff and discourage groupism, as it hampers collaboration and inclusivity. 7. Respect Opinions and Choices: Value everyone's opinions, including dietary preferences. Bringing non-vegetarian food is a personal choice and not a crime. 8. Minimize Stress for Young Children: Avoid increasing anxiety among kindergarteners and 1st-standard children through excessive exams, homework, or rules they cannot comprehend. 9. Avoid Social Media Showoff: Refrain from advertising Special Education Needs (SEN) activities on social media. Such actions often come across as showy and do not serve the intended purpose. 10. Focus on Education, Not Corporatization: Administer the school as an educational institution, not as a corporate office. 11. Follow the Path of Dharma: This land has always revered teachers as the highest guides. Stay true to the values of Dharma and maintain integrity in your role. 12. Respect Parenting: Do not judge parents based on their child’s condition. Show understanding and compassion instead. 13.
