    "I initially enrolled my child at the AS Rao Nagar branch of Akshara, where I was offered a 20% discount on the fees. However, due to personal health reasons, I had to move to my mother's place and requested a transfer to the LB Nagar branch. I was informed that the fee structure at the new branch was different, which I completely understood. Upon raising the issue of the discount, I was initially told that it would not apply at the new location. After explaining my situation, the school agreed to provide a partial discount on the third installment. However, when I visited the LB Nagar branch to pay the third installment, I was told that they would no longer honor the discount and insisted on the full amount. To make matters worse, they also added a late fee of Rs. 1000. Now, the Rs. 1000 late fee itself is not the issue, as I’ve already paid a substantial amount in fees. What truly disappointed me was that despite explaining my personal situation and the reason for the delay, they refused to exempt this late fee for just one day. This lack of empathy and understanding, especially from an educational institution, is baffling. It really makes you question the standards and values of a school that prioritizes money over genuine consideration for their students and parents. In conclusion, I would advise prospective parents to be cautious when dealing with this school, especially when it comes to fee commitments and customer service. Their handling of this situation has been frustrating, unprofessional, and completely lacking in compassion."
