    "Worst experience ever !! I went to utpal sanghavi global school for nursery admission for my kid and i had really very worst experience ever ! I just thought to share my experience so that everyone any other parent should not suffer from this kind of behaviour of staff! I went for enquiry , filled form nd all I wrote every detail In form properly . Next day i went with kid to meet cordinator even that time i told that my kid will go for playgroup after Diwali batch i.e. from november end . Next day i and my husband both went to school to meet principal for admission process along with many other parents , that day we went from 11 am and our number came at 2:15 pm Staff administration is very slow and dont give proper rply at all except one answer- “Mam, plz have a seat I’ll let uk in some while “ nd takes half hr for every rply. After meeting with principal we had a talk with principal in cabin , she had our forms opened on table in front of her , still dont know wt she read . I even clearly spoke to her that my kid will go playgroup from November end . Bt god knows wt she heard , is she deaf or cant read that she cant read Date of birth in form . After talk with her i gave cheque nd completed admission and returned home and i get a call from school that mam u need to come to school as u r not eligible for Nursery since ur child is not 3 yrs so u need to pay for playgroup. At this moment i got very Angry. Are yaar then wt r u doing since days , itne dino se i came many times Wt r u all reading in forms ,Date of birth at the time of enquiry toh tabhi hi bolo na k ur kid is nt eligible for nursery toh i would nt have proceed with ur school atleast i can go to another school bcoz at this time all the admissions are closing so even i need to hurry . Bt this school just wasted my time nd many days , nd next day school is calling and telling that now u r eligible for nursery as administrative staff had a talk with principal nd now they r ready to take Admission for nursery . And telling me excuse that “Mam, our principal concern was that k ur kid is nt going to playgroup so we told u to take admission in playgroup” . Wt the hell yaar, i clearly mentioned in form - last school attended with name of school and for playgroup then wt did principal read in form , nd secondly its parents choice that i want my kid to go to playgroup of directly to start from nursery, instead school forced me to pay for playgroup this year as a complusion that means indirectly i think they r asking for “DONATION”. I just got seriously fed up of this administration staff of school nd would never ever recommend anyone for this school."
